1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "96bd" or "Platform" refers to the website https://96bd.lat and all associated services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or accessing the Platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal registered account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits provided as a promotional or welcome offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before withdrawing bonus funds.
• "Services" refers to all offerings on the Platform, including sports betting, casino games, slots, and fishing games.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit

To open an account and use services on the 96bd platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If an account is opened with false information, 96bd reserves the right to close that account at any time and withhold any deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. 96bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with others. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. This limit applies equally to all payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

96bd currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital transaction service from the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Any funds deposited into an account must be used for betting at least once before withdrawal. This rule is part of our commitment to preventing money laundering. If any transaction appears suspicious, 96bd reserves the right to investigate the account.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more and get up to ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳48,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a received bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus promotions may have their own expiry dates — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• 96bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, but this will not apply to bonuses with active wagering in progress.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus rules may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

96bd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. VIP cashback is added to your account each week and can be used as regular balance.

6 Betting Rules & Game Policies

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please read all terms carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is confirmed incorrectly due to a technical error, 96bd reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Each market has its own rules. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

All games including slots, fishing games, and live casino are operated on a fair play basis. The game provider's own rules also apply. Games from all providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and PG Soft run on their own certified systems.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If the use of bots, cheating, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any other fraudulent activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be forfeited.

7 Limitation of Liability

96bd is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, 96bd's liability is limited in the following cases:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• If there is a delay or error with a third-party payment method.
• If loss occurs due to user negligence or disclosure of personal information.
• If services are temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues.
• If services must be suspended due to applicable law or government directive.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

9.2 For Rule Violations

If a breach of the Terms is proven, 96bd reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice. In such cases, deposited funds may be withheld or forfeited.

9.3 Voluntary Break

10 Dispute Resolution & Changes

10.1 Dispute Resolution
